Delivered Orders

Digital products that are successfully delivered to the submitted account, UID, player ID, or phone number are normally not refundable.

  • Delivered game diamonds, coins, vouchers, and digital credits are final.
  • Incorrect customer-submitted details may prevent refund eligibility.
  • Always check the package and account details before payment.

Failed or Pending Orders

If payment is completed but the order fails because of a platform, supplier, stock, or technical issue, we will review the case for refund or replacement.

  • Provide order ID, payment transaction ID, and screenshot if requested.

  • Eligible refunds may be returned to wallet or original payment route when possible.
